Customers Contact Businesses with Good Visual Images
Picture this! Imagine what happens when local customers in your area searches for services or products you offer. They will most likely encounter a list of suggested results from Google. Which business are they most likely to choose?
According to a recent study, 60 per cent of consumers said they were more likely to contact a business if their search result listing included an good image. This means that if you want to win more local customers, you should include multiple high-quality images that showcases your services, products and your brand when you build your online footprint.
For many local searches (e.g., mobile, map), Google will display a window on the left with a picture next to each business. These images often vary in quality.
It should come as no surprise that businesses with good-quality images representing their services or products or their staff tend to get more clicks than those with stock images or poor-quality images.
